Reid, Carl G., 51, passed away June 21, 2015. He is survived by his wife Melanie L. Reid and his daughter Katie E. Reid; his mother Jo Reid; brother E. L. Reid and fiancée’ Vickie Johnson; nephew David (Cynthia) Reid and their daughter Brooklyn and nephew Logan (Shauna) Reid as well as his extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Ernest L. Reid. Visitation will be Wednesday June 24, 2015 from 5-8;00 pm at the Atlee Chapel-Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23116. A memorial service will be Thursday June 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the All Souls Episcopal Church which meets at The Messiah Lutheran Church, 8154 Atlee Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111.
