Margaret Ann Broom, 84, of McGregor, Texas, passed away on December 27, 2019 at Providence Hospital. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church in Oglesby, Texas on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Jeremy Sanders officiating.
Ann, as she was known to her friends and family, was born in Nashville, Tennessee on July 5, 1935. She married Ted Broom in Mineral Wells, Texas in August 1954. They have five beautiful children—Douglas, Gary, Katherine, Jeffery, and Cynthia.
Ann loved being a mother and homemaker. She later was blessed with 10 grandchildren—Christopher, Jonathan, Michael, Michelle, Clinton, Ana, Brandon, Jake, Zac and Chelsea.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ted Broom, mother Mae Bush, step-father Gerald Bush and father Harvey Crawford.
Ann was loved and will be missed.
