Linda joined church at an early age, alone with her siblings, under the direction of their mother, Ada Brown She attended high school at Carver High School and later attended MCC with her brother.
She was Blessed with a son, Eric B. She later married Willis Alexander and moved to Gary Indiana and then to New Jersey.
After falling ill she moved back to McGregor.
Preceding Linda in death were her parents; Ada and Nathan Brown; brothers; Allen, Ivo, Henry, Melton and Roy.
She will be forever loved, cherished and missed by her son Eric Alexander (McGregor Tx.), Niece’s/Nephew’s Marquisio, Alexcia and Tahina Brown (Atlanta); great niece’s/nephew’s Kash, leland, Rose, LIsaiah, Tashon and Xavier Perry (Lancaster); Allena, (Killeen), Shayla (Dallas); Kelsi and Kalvin Brown (Hewitt); Christi, Kayla and Corey (Houston); Lance, Luke (Valley Mills) and Daryl (Plano); Charles and Trent Wright (Houston); Erica, Edrica (Dallas) Chad and Chance; (McGregor); Te’Juree (McGregor); Sisters, Jackie and Martha; Brothers, Emmitte, Roman (Heather) and Rickey (Stacey).
