Guy D. Couch, 94 of McGregor passed away Saturday, August 4, 2012. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel in McGregor with Rev. David Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in McGregor Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at Cole Chapel.

Survivors include: wife: Novell Easter Couch; stepsons: Hershel Vandermeulen of Laguna Park, Fred Vandermeulen of McGregor. Grandchildren that he raised as his own children: Ricky Dorris and wife Debbie of Lorena, Larry Dorris and wife Patty of Vancouver, Washington, Dennis Dorris and wife Theresa of Brownwood, Ronnie Dorris and wife Retha of Lorena. Other grandchildren: Sam Vandermeulen of Waco, Terri Tyree of Crandall, Bobby Williams of Mansfield, and Cindy Gilbert of Forney. 20 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
