Esperanza Quiroga, 49, of McGregor, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 in McGregor. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Cole Funeral Home with Father Boniface Onjefu officiating. Interment will follow in McGregor Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 6th at the funeral home.
Ms. Quiroga was born on March 10, 1968 in Weslaco, Texas to Ismael and Patricia (Garza) Quiroga. She loved to go fishing, play Bingo and listen to music but her true love was her family. Esperanza was a hairdresser and worked for Westview Manor. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors in her sisters, Connie Cruz, Esmeralda Gonzalez and Vanessa Castillo; children, Fabian Quiroga, Alvaro Lopez and Kristy Lopez and her granddaughter, Elizabeth Quiroga.
