Cathy Thompson

Mrs. Thompson was born on June 3, 1950 in Los Angeles, California to Courtney Ray and Julia Sophia Abbott. She married Galen Thompson on September 14, 1991 in Waco and they celebrated over 23 wonderful years together. Mrs. Thompson was a 911 operator in McGregor and worked for Schneider National Carriers. She loved be at home with her family. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents, her brother; Bruce and a sister; Cynthia.

Survivors include her husband; Galen Thompson of McGregor, sons; Brent Abbott of Denver and Gary Asbridge and his wife, Miranda of Lorena, stepsons; Robert Thompson and his wife, Jennifer, Joey Thompson and his wife, Misty and Chad Thompson and his wife, Mindy, grandchildren; Skylar and Madison Asbridge and Blake, Gracie, Ashton and Allie Thompson and great grandchildren; Jace and Brylee.
