Mr. William Lewis “Bill” Kelly, age 67 of Covington, Georgia passed away May 15, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Vermont to the late Lewis William and Susan Griffin Kelly. He faithfully served his country in the United States Navy and was a Financial Advisor with Metlife. Bill enjoyed making children happy, dancing, and playing fantasy football and baseball. He was a member of the Black Heart Paintball Team. Survivors include his wife, Madline Kelly of Covington; daughters, Crystal Johnston of Jackson, Lee Katheryn Timbs of Cleveland; grandchildren, Candace (Matthew Baker) Bloodworth of Monticello, Teresa (Joshua) Burns of Covington, Ashley (Mario) Rivas of Holcomb, KS, Jacob Johnston of Covington, Amber (Nick) Fincher of Carrollton, Nicole (Joel Thornton) Bannister of Carrollton; great grandchildren, Hunter, Savannah, Joshua, Drayse, Jace, Kayedence and Kaitlynn; step-mother, Miriam “Mimi” White Kelly of Carlisle, PA; siblings, Mary (Eddy) Levendusky of Dillsburg, PA and her children, Tony (Kelly) Eberts and Renea Eberts all of Mechanicsburg, PA, William E. (Carol) Waters of Bellview, WA, John (Kathy) Waters of Camphill, PA, Barbara (Jim) Unger of Bellview, WA, Robert Waters of Berryville, VA, Michael (Candy) Waters of Camphill, PA, James Waters of Lemoyne, PA; numerous other nieces and nephews; sisters in law and brother in law, Janice Olivet, Mary (Doug) Britt all of Covington. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev. Alan Burns will officiate.
