Warren Douglas (Doug) Upchurch, Jr., 45, of McDonough, GA passed away on October 17, 2016. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Upchurch. Doug is survived by his father, Warren D. Upchurch of McDonough, siblings Ray and Cynthia Reagan of McDonough, Alan Reagan of Atlanta, Patti and Rich Steele of Decatur, loving nephews and nieces Ramon Reagan, Angel Huff, Sam, Katie and Emily Steele, and caring aunts and uncles. Doug was a Special Olympics medalist, a lover of all things; sports, a Georgia Tech fan and he had a special affection for movies. Doug could often be found with a remote in his hand and will be remembered by all for his big, infectious smile. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at Haisten Funeral Home, 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway, McDonough, GA, (770) 914-8833. A private interment will follow for immediate family.
