Mr. Tim M. Carter, age 51 of McDonough, Georgia passed away October 3, 2015. He was born in Griffin to Emily Ruth Martin Carter and the late Robert Lee Carter. Tim attended Liberty Hill Baptist Church and operated Carter Disposal for 15 years. He enjoyed watching TV and playing games on his phone. Survivors include his wife, Denise Simpson Carter; children, Robert and Samantha Carter; mother, Ruth Carter; siblings, Randall (Debbie) Carter, Elaine Brown, Barry Carter, Carol (Louie) Rice, Joel (Lynn) Carter; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev. John Tarrer and Rev. Mike Henderson will officiate. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions are asked to be made to Denise for Scholarship Funds for Robert and Samantha in memory of Tim.
