Rebecca "Becky" Zajicek, age 74, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024. She was born in East Point, Georgia on February 7, 1950 to the late Willie H. Bray and Falby Coreen Brady Bray. Becky was also preceded in death by her husband George Frank Zajicek, her son Jamie Zajicek and two brothers Fred and Charles Bray and sister Pat. She attended Therrell High School, Clayton State University and Lighthouse Community Baptist Church. Becky retired in 1992 after working for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service {AAFES} at Fort Gillem in Forest Park. She is survived by her son, Barry Zajicek and her daughter Tina Louise Zajicek, four grandchildren Christian Phay Zajicek and Corrinne Lenka Zajicek and Quintin and Justin Gunn. Also, she is survived by her former daughters-in-law Ly Zajicek and Shirley (John) Jackson. A Gathering for Becky will be held from 12pm - 2pm on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Haisten Funeral Home, 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253.
