Mary Eden Cochran

Mrs. Mary Eden Cochran, age 78, of McDonough, GA passed away August 31, 2016. Mrs. Cochran was born in Monroe, LA the daughter of the late, Gertrude Gilmore Black and Olan Hope Black Sr. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Olan Hope Black Jr. Mrs. Cochran was a member of Southside Christian Fellowship. She worked as a Chief Medical Technologist with Griffin Spalding Hospital for 15 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and showing her show dogs. Survivors are her husband of 51 years, Billy J. Cochran of McDonough; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Colleen Rouse of Lawrenceville and Randy and Cheri Cochran of Frisco, TX; grandchildren, Lauren and Josiah Carlson of Colorado Springs, CO, Andrew Cochran and Lindsey Cochran both of Frisco, TX. A visitation for the family will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Southside Christian Fellowship with Rev. Eddie Mason, Rev. Dennis Rouse, and Rev. Randy Cochran officiating.
