Mary Catherine Allen

Mary was born in Atlanta, Ga to the late William and Nora Thompson.

Mary began her career at Delta Airlines in 1971 and after retirement spent her time enjoying the slower pace of life. She enjoyed solving jigsaw puzzles on her I-Pad and getaway trips to Biloxi and Las Vegas but found the most joy spending time with family and friends.

Mary's legacy lives on through her loving husband James Snellgrove, daughter Jennifer Whitfield and grandchildren Nicholas Whitfield and Mary Sheldon Whitfield. She is also survived by her sister Gail (Wendall) Lamb and brother William (Sue) Thompson.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 3:30 pm at Eastlawn Memorial Park in McDonough, Ga.
