Larry Hall Thomas

Larry Hall Thomas, age 68, of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Charles Thomas and Shirley Jackson. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers Charles and Bobby Thomas.

He is survived by his wife Viola Thomas; children Tabitha (Greg) Mills, Larry (Nicole) Thomas, Linda (Brian) Girdler, Christina Bowden, and Tabitha (Kelly) Bryan; 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and siblings Johnnie Thomas and Bonnie Jones.

Larry graduated from Russell High School before going on to work at Atlanta Bin & Shelving for 39 years. He was a Baptist and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved football. He cheered for the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs. The family has requested that those who come to his services to please wear a Georgia Bulldogs shirt in honor of him.

A visitation for Larry will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Haisten Funerals & Cremations. A celebration of life will be the following day, Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM in our chapel.
