Mrs. Joyce Ann Wood Densmore, age 73, of McDonough, GA passed away February 16, 2016. She was born in Atlanta, GA the daughter of the late Mary Magdalene Blake Wood and Grady Robert Wood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Steve Leon Densmore and several siblings. Mrs. Densmore enjoyed spending time with family and friends, country music and Elvis, decorating, cooking and being an immaculate housekeeper. Survivors are her children, Kathy Garmon of Marietta, John Densmore (Lisa) of McDonough, Darren Densmore of Hapeville and Stacey Dollar of McDonough; grandchildren, Jennifer Garmon, Kelly Beach (Paul), D. J. Densmore, Kelsi Dollar , Kyra Dollar and Kyle Densmore; brothers, J. T. Wood of LaGrange, Gene Wood of Austell, and Louis Wood of Spring, TX; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM at Camp Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
