Jackie Mae Flowers

Mrs. Jackie Mae (Callaway) Flowers age 76, of Jackson, Georgia passed away May 21, 2023. She was born in Hapeville, GA to the late Jack and Helen Callaway July 29, 1946. Jackie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Flowers; siblings, Jerry Callaway and George Callaway.

Jackie had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile. She was a very witty and fun person! She was fearless and independent, yet sensitive and incredibly compassionate. She was strong-willed and genuine. Jackie was a very loving and nurturing mother to her children and grandchildren. She loved going on cruises, gambling, shopping, and vacations with her sisters.

Jackie is survived by her children, James "Rick" (Tammy) Flowers of Jackson, GA and Gina Shubert of Sharpsburg, GA; grandchildren, Jared (Keli) Flowers of Griffin, GA, Kelsey (Gunnar) Fletcher of Eatonton, GA and Breanna (Tanner Shelton) Shubert of Newnan, GA; great grandchildren, Arya Flowers, Willow Flowers, Beau Flowers, Emma Fletcher, and Eden Fletcher; a very special nephew, Bobby Flowers of Atlanta, GA, also Ashle' Flowers and Bobby Flowers II; sisters, Martha Southerland, Betty Hickson, and Rhonda Chastain. She loved all her nieces and nephews very much and had a close relationship with them all.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Friday May 26, 2023 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends 1:00pm - 3:00pm on Friday.
