Todd McIlwaine, age 61, of Rex, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024. He was born to the late Don McIlwaine and Shirley Ford in Atlanta, Georgia on June 20, 1962. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Bill Ford as well as his brother, David McIlwaine, Sr. Todd was a hard worker with a big heart. He was known for being funny and always laughing and smiling. He enjoyed Nascar and baseball. Todd is survived by his brother, Shane Ford of Forest Park, Georgia; niece Kristina Drew of Locust Grove, Georgia; nephew David (Erica) McIlwaine and their children Ethan and Madelynn of McDonough, Georgia; great nieces and nephews Timmy (Johnathon) Walters, Kaylee Elliott, Devon (Delaney) Drew; and nieces Erika (Jeff) Mosteller and their children Taylor and Jackson, Amy Johnson and her children Anthony, Caleb, Angel and Carmen. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 11:00am on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough, GA. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park, Georgia.
