Charles was born in Harlan, KY the son of the late Edna and Otto Duff. He was also preceded in death by a son, Alan Duff and nine siblings. Charles enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gardening, fishing and wood work. Survivors are his wife, Sandra Duff of McDonough; daughter, Sandi Farmer of TN; grandchildren, Jaclyn Dingler, Joshua Dingler, Jesse Farmer, and Jacob Duff; great grandchildren, Kelvin, Spencer and Jordan; sister, Jewell Daugherty of KY; brother, Bill Duff and wife Sue of Augusta; and several nieces and nephews.
