Mrs. Billie S. Richards, age 82 of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away December 1, 2016. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late William and Eva Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse James Richards and three sisters. Billie was a member of Life in the Spirit Church. She enjoyed watching TV, especially The Walton’s, John Wayne and westerns. She also enjoyed sewing and the beauty of horses. Survivors include children, Roy (Sandra) Richards of Cartersville, Betty Richards of Locust Grove, Ann (John) McPherson of McDonough, Brenda Russell of Cartersville; grandchildren, Robert King, James Paul King, Mya (Ryan), John McPherson, Jr. (Shantel), Andrea McPherson and Rondrea McPherson; 22 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; sister, Jackie (Frank) Beck of Mt. Airy, NC. Memorial services will be held Sunday, December 11, 2016 – 2:00 pm at Life in the Spirit Church, 155 Hampton Street, McDonough, GA 30253. Pastor Jeff Clark will officiate.
