Mrs. Mary Marinaro, 93, of Maysville passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility surrounded by her family. Mary was born on January 12, 1923 to Mr. Lora Gaunce and Mrs. Verna Earlywine Gaunce. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Mary began her career in Maysville in 1954 as a clerk for the Mason County Health Department where she retired in 1988 after 34 dedicated years of service.
Mary is survived by her sons; Mike (Nancy) of Lexington, Phil (Theresa) of Texas and Kent (Connie) of Maysville; grandchildren; Kelli (Bryan) Gross, Chris (Nicole) Marinaro, Elizabeth (Jon) Marefat, Cheryl Marinaro, David Marinaro, Mark Marinaro and Courtney (Robert) Bragg and 12 great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son Tim Marinaro, grandson Kyle Marinaro and several siblings.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Marinaro will be Saturday, February 20, 2016, 1PM at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Susan Jinnett-Sack officiating. Burial will follow in Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be 11AM until the hour of service at the church. In Lieu of flowers memorials can made to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Drive, Maysville, Kentucky 41056
