Hattie Sue Johnson

Hattie Sue Johnson, 75, of Maysville, Kentucky died Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. She was the widow of Charles E. Johnson who died August 17, 1995. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Scott United Methodist Church. She was born in Mason County, Kentucky on August 5, 1941 the daughter of the late Gene and Mary Ann Lewis Rice. She is survived by her son, Lamont Johnson (Amber) of Maysville, KY; her two daughters, Regina Master (Ron) of Cincinnati, OH and Mary Bishop of Maysville, KY; eleven grandchildren, Jessica Wilson, Robert Thomas, Juwan Williams, Kirk Bishop, Aireus Johnson, Daireus Johnson, Demarion Johnson, Beyonce Johnson, Amari Johnson, Neveah Wright and Arianna Wright and six great grandchildren. Besides her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Lewis. Funeral services for Hattie Johnson will be held at the Scott United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM Friday, March 31, 2017 with Rev. James Turley officiating. Burial will be in the Green Acres Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Thomas, Juwan Williams, Kirk Bishop, Daireus Johnson, Bradwell Slater and Demarion Johnson. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. The arrangements are entrusted to the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
