RICHARD C. WESTLAKE. Cherished husband of Tina( nee Ferko); dear son of Howard and Irene Westlake(both deceased); loving brother of Kathy and Janet Lumsden (deceased); dear brother-in-law of Rick Ferko (Sandy), Jerry Ferko, and Bud Lumsden. Uncle of five. Rich will be greatly missed by his cousins, dear family and friends, business colleagues and customers. His great loves in life were his wife Tina, his family and friends, boating, and being near the water. Rich found peace by the water and now the Lord has led him to new shores.
