MARILYN I METZGER (nee Hollar) age 91, passed away June 14, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Charles "Bud"; dearest mother of Becky Line (Mike) and Marlene Kole (Jeff); devoted grandmother of Lauren and Amy; survived by her sister, Marcille and brother, Roy (Millie), and preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Harold, Weldon, Merle, Madge, Helen, and Jean, and her beloved dog, Bernie. Marilyn was retired after working in the administrative offices of J.C. Penney and Walmart. Above all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who devoted her life to bringing joy and comfort to her family and everyone that she met. She had a sharp sense of humor and loved to initiate a good-hearted prank even into her later years. She was an avid seamstress and baker and was known for always having a new or favorite dessert for friends and family to enjoy.
