DOROTHY ANN SMITH DUCHARME (nee Hasselback), age 90. Born August 25, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York and was raised in the Bronx. Died peacefully in her sleep on January 14, 2019. Former spouse of Frank Carr Smith Jr. and Joseph Ducharme; beloved mother of Kevyn Smith Kennedy, Frank Carr Smith III, Deane Michael Smith (Linda), Jonathan Edward Smith and Jodi Elizabeth Pinto (John); devoted grandmother of Aerin Lockner (Paul), Deane Smith Jr., John, Anthony and Joseph Pinto and Zackery Smith; great grandmother of Camden, Aspen and Noah Lockner; dear sister of the following deceased George (Helen) and Harold (Stephanie). Dorothy was a gifted artist, avid golfer, gourmet cook and loved to make people laugh. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
