My name is Scott. I'm a respiratory therapist and I helped David for the past six years. 
I will remember David as being kind and thoughtful. I would share my personal life with David. He would asked about my adult daughters and I felt he was genuinely pleased that they are doing well. I will always be impressed by his desire to live a full life despite his malady.  Thank you David. 
May you rest in peace and your memory be a blessing.

David was one of the few people I could call a lifelong friend.  From our early days growing up together on Iroquois Ave and throughout our lives, we always were good friends.  David made this world a better place and will be missed.  Condolences to Don and family.

David was such an encouragement and a testimony of someone who did not allow circumstances to dictate how he viewed life but instead leaned on his faith. He was always joyful and giving God the glory. He will be missed in our church family!

I will miss saying hello to my friend and brother in the Lord. He was a faithful follower of Christ and is now forever with his Savior. He is in his “ safe place”. My condolences to his family.

Truly a very kind soul. He will be missed by his fellow mayfielders.
