I met Anthony and Rita during Anthony's time at UQ Physics. Anthony was very easy-going and knowledgeable in an unpretentious way. His voice seemed to ooze calmness and reflectiveness. Nothing changed in 34 years. Sojourns in ‘85 and '99 were greatly enjoyed, and I delighted in the ‘phone-calls over the years. The measure of Anthony's spread of genuine support was to create the contact between a new teacher in WA and me in Qld. (Pen-pal has a new meaning since emails arrived.) Deeply missed. Our deepest condolences to the Falzone Family.  We had the pleasure to know Anthony as a judge for the Northeastern Ohio Science and Engineering Fair.  He was very dedicated and volunteered every year!  He will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Anthony. He was a devoted father and husband. He was loved by all who knew him. His smile was infectious.  Because of his devotion to his children, they are fantastic young adults. He will be missed. My prayers for peace and understanding goes out to his family.
