ROBERT PHELPS, on December 1, 2014 of Hicksville New York. Beloved husband of Janice Phelps of 51 years of marriage. Loving father of Lauren (David), Nicole (Mark). Adored grandfather of Ashley, Nicholas, Matthew, Brandon, and Deanna. Fond brother of Ruth, the late Roy, Richard, and Bud. Robert was a motor oil salesman and a business owner. He loved his devoted pets, Jelly, Queenie, Freckles, Velvet, and Pumpkin. What Robert enjoyed in life was bird watching, admired classic cars, playing the lottery, and horse racing.

"Robert was a beloved husband, father, and friend." He made friends wherever he went and left a lasting impression on everyone in his life.

Visitation will be held on Thursday ~ from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~ Funeral mass will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Maria Regina RC Church, 3945 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, New York 11783 ~ Interment to follow to St. Johns Cloister Cemetery, 80-01 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, New York 11379 ~
