Janice Phelps

Phelps, Janice born February 1,1944 in Brooklyn, raised in Levittown, and a Hicksville resident for 50+ years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Robert of 59 years. On December 23 passed peacefully in bed at home surrounded by her adoring family. Owner and operator of Jan's Salon for many years. Loving mother of Nicole (Mark) Milianta, and Lauren Phelps-Bernstein. Cherished grandmother of Ashley (Grant), Nicholas, Deanna, Matthew, and Brandon.
