Helen Juanita Haskell

Helen took great pride in raising her four children over the years. She married the love of her life the late Carl B. Haskell on March 28, 1943 spending 41 loving years together before his passing in 1984. She loved gardening, cooking, crocheting rugs, and loved playing cards with all her family and friends. She frequented trips to the casino with her children, grandchildren and friends. She looked forward to her yearly bingo trips at Ingham County Fair and Kiwanis Village with her close neighbors and friends. She will be fondly remembered for the time spent with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband Carl B. Haskell, her son Larry C. Haskell, and her grandson Leonard "Lenny" Haskell.

She is survived by her daughters; Patsy (Don) Daman of Williamston, Pamela Oakley of Mason, and Debra (Tim) O'Berry of Mason, her 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews and close friends.

A visitation for Helen will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 South Jefferson, Mason, MI 48854, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the Haskell family asks for memorial donations to be made in Helen's name to the Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter.
