Francis K. "Frank" Roman

Mason, Michigan

Passed away January 1, 2011 at Stoneleigh Residence at the age of 85. Frank was born July 3, 1925 in Lansing the son of Paul and Mary (Fesser) Roman. He is survived by his loving wife Marion, daughter Denise; 4 sisters: Cecelia Rapelje, Patricia (Louis) Fillwock, Martha (Dan) Hancock, Helen Vasilenko and numerous nieces and nephews. Frank served our country in the Army in the Philippines during WW II and retired from GM after 18 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Paul, Jr., and sister, Marjorie. A Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at St. James Catholic Church, 1010 S. Lansing, Mason, beginning at 11:00 A.M. with Father Kusitino Cobona officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. James Catholic Church or to Stoneleigh Hospice of Lansing, 3411 Stoneleigh, Lansing, Michigan 48910.
