Age 90, died July 1, 2012 in Lansing, MI. Florence was born on August 10, 1921, in Cadillac, MI to Elmer and Ella (Smith) Greenlee. Florence was preceded in death by her loving husband Morris; sisters, Lilliebelle Cliffe, Iva Turner, Beatrice Metz, Ruth Massuch; brothers Cleo Greenlee and Earl Greenlee. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Sandra (Doyle) Newman; granddaughters Angela (Gordon) Waltz, Brigette (Lloyd) Kieft; great grandchildren Evan (Kerissa) Dart, Sarah (Marc) Miilu, Courtney and Stacey Kieft. We also wish to acknowledge her step-daughter Kimberly (Dennis) Lewis, children and grandchildren. Florence was a waitress at several downtown Lansing restaurants and retired from Michigan Bell Telephone Company as a cashier in the cafeteria. The family would like to thank the Tri-County Office on Aging, Care Connections, Ingham County Rehabilitation Services and Sparrow Hospice House of Mid-Michigan for their tender loving care of Mom. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 11:00am at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Ball Dunn Chapel, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason, MI with visitation one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 am. Interment will take place at Deepdale Cemetery, Lansing.
