Dave Thompson

Born December 28, 1951 in Highland Park, Michigan to Lawrence and Viola (Manzi) Thompson, passed away on September 4, 2016 at the age of 64. Dave was an avid cyclist and loved photography, music, reading and good movies. He was a big fan of the University of Kentucky but also supported the Spartans. Dave enjoyed the outdoors, a good cigar and a glass of wine. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Frank McGee. Surviving are his wife, Debbie Thompson; daughter, Tina Thompson; son, Mike Thompson; granddaughter, Faye Rosenberg; mother, Viola McGee; brother, Tom Thompson; and sister, Patti McGee. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson St., Mason, MI 48854 with Reverend Wes Emerson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
