Audrey Gwenevere Robbins

Audrey Gwenevere Robbins, age 97, of Mason, Michigan passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. She was born on December 18, 1927, in St. Johns, Michigan to Raymond and Janet (Mason) Krey. She grew up in the Dimondale, Michigan area and moved to the Lansing and Mason area after her marriage to William Robbins. After their retirement in 1990, they moved to Florida. After William's death, she returned to Mason in 2007.

Audrey is survived by 2 daughters, Connie Strouse and Kandis (Rick) Bell; grandchildren, Jacqualyn Garcia, Kristi Macha, Angelia (Bryan) Kalczynski, Tracy (Gena) Robbins, Toby Robbins, Malinda Gross, Kimberly (Thomas) Roberts, and Keith (Andrea) Hane; 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Robbins; son, Rodney Robbins, daughter, Sherie Robbins Horton; granddaughter, Karen J. French; great-granddaughter, Jessica L. Macha; siblings, Richard Krey, Alfred Krey, and Elaine Kring, and her parents.

A special thank you to Angie Strouse Kalczynski, who was Audrey’s caregiver for the last few years; whose tireless efforts let Audrey stay in her home.

In accordance with Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment service will take place at a later date.
