The first time we meant Owen he arrived at our home after running from town it seems after he had a appointed time to arrive for a meeting with Dennis Winch and ourselves. Having no vehicle that day he was set to arrive at his appointed time regardless of transportation. We were so impressed with his enthusiasm, and never forgot how he impressed us that day. He did receive a ride home that day.  
Also know how he seemed to love cookies, he somehow treasured them, it's a fond memory.  
Owen was a man of Passion for his Family and friends.We'll never forget him, we are so sorry  to hear of his passing way to soon.
