Patricia raised her four children with the help of her first husband, Jack A. Lang. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She worked part-time in the Anacortes Cannery before retiring to her favorite past time bowling. She and Mel spent many a night at the Anacortes Bowling Alley and later the Riverside Bowling Alley and spent many weekends away on tournaments. She and daughter Loren went to many State and National Tournaments. Later, Mel joined them for a couple local mixed tournaments. Mel and Patricia had a long and loving relationship that they always shared with a dog that they doted on and spoiled. Pat spent many days walking her dogs on the streets of Sedro Woolley and picking up litter. Mel also enjoyed playing tennis and playing pinochle and did so well into his 70's.
Melvin and Patricia were wonderful grandparents. Melvin loved nothing more than to tease his grandchildren and Patricia was never far away when the children were in need of hugs and spoiling.
They were loved by all and will be missed by many!
