Laura Gay Blatchford, 51, went to be with her creator on August 8, 2012 in Seattle.
She was born January 22, 1961 in Seattle to Peter and Esther Blatchford.
She is survived by her daughters Andrea Blatchford (Vacaro), Gina Blatchford (John Guerra), Kayla Willoya, Velma Blatchford and Martina Martinez; brothers, Charles Blatchford, Lars Willoya; sisters, Jeannie Williams, Annette Medcalf, Leona Blatchford, Molly Zahir; seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Martine Martinez; son, Paulino Manice, and daughter, Lucinda Blatchford.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 12 Noon at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home with Interfaith Service following at 6 PM at the Tulalip Tribal Gym. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 10 AM at the Tulalip Tribal Gym with burial following at Mission Beach Cemetery.
