Larry Alan Monson, born on June 17, 1958 in Longview, Washington, passed away at age 60 on October 15, 2018 in Lake Stevens, Washington. From 1976 to 1980, Larry served in the Air Force. After earning his associate degree in 1987, he worked at Crane Aerospace & Electronics (formerly Eldec) as a technician for nearly 31 years. Larry enjoyed running, cycling, and RV camping. But most of all, he enjoyed precious fellowship with the Lord and His people. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Shirley, of 30 years, his family and cousins, co-workers, and many friends. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home. Following that, there will be a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Schaefer-Shipman.
