Joseph Aleck Jr., an enrolled member of The Tulalip Tribes passed away surrounded by his loved ones on February 4, 2023 in Spokane, WA. Joseph was born on January 23, 1979 to Leah and Joseph Aleck Sr.
Joseph in early life worked for the Tulalip Casino in the poker room. He enjoyed traveling to summer pow-wows and spending time with his family.
He leaves behind his mother Leah Aleck, children Tyrel (Winter) Aleck, Mikylia Aleck, and Ryan Aleck. Granddaughter Ephraim. Siblings Heather Aleck, Raymona Aleck, James Aleck, Kenneth Aleck Sr.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Tulalip Gathering Hall with burial to follow at Mission Beach Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home.
