Evan Pat Kaiser, age 79, died in his sleep on April 24, 2022 in Marysville, Washington.
Born on September 23, 1942, to Wesley and Vivienne Kaiser in San Francisco, California. Evan was a proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and worked for the Alameda County Assessor's office. While there, he met his wife, Patricia. Together they started their own real estate appraisal business which they successfully ran for over 30 years.
Evan earned several real estate accreditations over his lifetime, was also a real estate broker and even taught a community college real estate course. He worked incredibly hard to build his business in California and Washington State, where he later retired. Evan and his wife enjoyed updating and maintaining properties and they bought and sold several houses over the years.
Evan loved basketball. He was a guard for Harry Ells High School in Richmond, CA and enjoyed telling the story of how he scored 17 points in a game. He was also co-captain of his senior varsity team. Evan was an avid reader and he loved music, fixing cars, and learning to repair just about anything. He had a big laugh, and he always tried his best to care for and protect his family.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia, his daughter Jennifer, his brother Gary, and his sister Janet.
