Her unwavering faith was of great comfort to her, especially at the end of her life.
She was born in Saskatchewan, Canada and was one of 13 children.
In the tight knit farming community where she grew up, she learned to appreciate life’s simple pleasures, and the value of a hard days work.
She spoke fondly of singing three part harmony with her sisters as they tended to chore in the house.
When her brother had a need for a bookkeeper in his small business, he brought her out to Vancouver to work with him.
She would share an apartment there with her Sister.
Her bond with her family was always very strong, and she had wonderful memories of all of them.
When she was living in Vancouver, she met and married Norman Nylander on June 26, 1958.
They had two children, Michael and Linda Nylander.
She enjoyed gardening, growing beautiful roses and other flowers, being active in her Church and with friends and lived a full life.
She loved animals and enjoyed walking with all the dogs who came to visit.
Anne valued Family above all. She had a gift of making everyone that she loved feel like family.
All of her “Family” will love and treasure her forever for that special gift. ❤️
