She was born January 21, 1969 to Billy and Gloria Carter. Preceding her in death are her father, Billy; her daughter, Lauren Monday and her sister Tami Stone.
In addition to her mother, Heidi is survived by her fiancé and the love of her life for 25 years, Barry Chaney, who was also her sole caregiver for the past 15 years; daughters, Victoria Chaney Bullins (Chace) and Dianna Chaney Hagerman (Jarod); grandchildren, Rayne Hall, Scarlette Bullins, Liam & Waylon Hagerman; stepfather, David Keen; sister, Marcia Collins; brothers, Danny Motley and Tony Keen.
Heidi was very soft spoken, simple, down-to-earth, loving and kind. She loved to go camping with the girls when they were little. She loved going riding with Barry and spending time together. They would often put the top down on the mustang and ride and ride with smiles from ear to ear.
She was brave, a fighter, strong and courageous and she never complained. Heidi will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
