Born on May 27, 1951 in Whitetop, Virginia, he was the son of the late Marvin and Gracie Blevins.
Roger is survived by his daughters: Angela Tiller of Hedgesville and Daphne Dana of Martinsburg; three siblings: Lee Blevins of Martinsburg, James Blevins of Martinsville, Virginia, and Erma Thompson of Front Royal, Virginia; five grandchildren: Corey and Mariah Tiller and Christopher, Johnathan, and Nicholas Dana; four great- grandchildren; the mother of his children, Theresa Webster; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Ann Jackson; and four brothers: Leonard, Howard, Robert, and Lyle Blevins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, 36 Laing Drive, Martinsburg, WV, with Pastor Charles Donivan officiating.
