Born June 3, 1933 in Burke, New York , he was the son of the late Edward and Delma Spinner.
Richard retired from the US Army, where he received the Bronze Star during the Vietnam Conflict. He also retired from Alban Tractor. Richard was an active member of the Four Corners Club, enjoyed working on old cars, grilling, and joking around with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 8years, Janet S. Spinner; six dau ghters, Linda Bohn and husband Terry, Susan Fortune and husband Roland, Cathy Pascal, Margie Markulik and husband Mike, Debra Lowell and husband Eddie, and Chris Reillo and her husband Mike; one sister, Betty Gardner; and numerous grand children and great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be private.
