away at her daughters home on February 27, 2024 under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born on November 28, 1961 she was the daughter of Phyllis Skidmore and the late John Kolb.
Regina was a loving mother, daughter and sister.
She was kind caring person who never had a bad side to her, an all-around beautiful soul. She was a cook for most of her life until she became ill.
She is survived by her daughter Teri Darr and husband Cory; granddaughters: Laela Davies, Alissa Darr, and Maddie Bramhall; sisters: Sharon Sellers and Patricia Carbaugh; brother: John Kolb; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; Bernard R. Stotler whom she was married to for 23 and a half years, and her grand dog Bella that she adored.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her step father Harry Skidmore and brother Charlie Kolb.
