Nadine Bouchard Sahlin 62, of Martinsburg, passed on March 26, 2015 at her home after an extended illness which she fought courageously. She was surrounded by love and her husband at the time of her death. Nadine was born December 22, 1952 in Evergreen Park, Illinois to Conrad and Agry Bouchard.
Nadine is survived by her loving husband Terry who she was married to for 14 years; Step son Brian Sahlin, step daughter April Sahlin Ransom, April's husband James Ransom and Grandchildren Lucas, Allison and Celeste Ransom, brothers Greg, Lloyd and Neil Bouchard, a sister Renee Bouchard Alexander and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Conrad and her mother Agry.
Nadine was a Southern Illinois University alumnus. She enjoyed camping, hiking, biking and the outdoors. She also loved the Arts, Theatre and Music.
Nadine's career in real estate spanned thirty years. After retiring she volunteered at Berkeley Medical Center and Hospice of the Panhandle in Berkeley County, WV.
A Visitation with the Family is planned for 1000 am to be followed by a Memorial Mass at 1100 am on April 9, 2015 at St Leo Catholic Church Inwood, WV.
