Mark Prough

Mark Wayne Prough, 49, of Inwood, passed away on March 6, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 1, 1975, in Ohio to Anna Nottingham and Jack Prough, Mark was a cherished husband, step- father, son, brother, and friend who brought warmth and joy to all who knew him.

Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Prough; step-daughter, Heather Bowman and her fiancé Darrell Strobert; father and mother-in-law, Paul Jr. and Joanne Wega; brother-in-law, Paul Wega III; sister-in-law, Kim Mullis and her husband George; father, Jack Prough and his wife Marie; siblings, Charles Nottingham and Tracy Prough; cousin, Robert Marshall and his wife Wanda; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Nottingham; brother, Eric Prough; aunt, Ellen Nottingham; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nottingham.

Mark had a deep love for the simple pleasures in life, especially fishing and admiring cars. His passion for these hobbies reflected his laid-back and generous spirit. He found great joy in the company of friends and family, and his memory will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.
