Born on January 18, 1990, he was the son of Donald L. Pangle, and Sheila R. Pangle.
Mark was a public safety dispatcher with Jefferson County. He was a 2008 graduate of Musselman High School and earned an Associate's degree from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.
He is survived by his parents and a sister, Jessica K. Grubb and husband Kyle of Bunker Hill; maternal grandmother Florence L. Simpson of Florence, SC and paternal grandmother Joyce E. Dover and husband Ralph of Hedgesville, as well as a number of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mark was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather James O. Simpson, Sr., paternal grandfather Charles W. Streett, and great godmother Lorena H. Orange.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berkeley County Humane Society.
