Marc was a student in my Marketing classes at Martinsburg High School.  He visited MHS after he graduated and let me know he had joined the military.  I was so happy for him!  It was great to see Marc and I thanked him for his service to our country. He was a good kid and I enjoyed having him in my classes. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his death. My sincere condolences. 

Marc, I keep remembering all those moment of when you were just a little kid running around full of energy. You have always been a shining light since the moment you took your first breath. Everyone is missing you so much, and nothing feels the same without you. You can feel the hole that’s left without you. You were taken too soon from us. I never in a million years thought I’d be attending your funeral so soon. It breaks my heart we weren’t able to spend more time together. You will be a constant reminder that Life is Short. We all love you and miss you deeply, keep watching over us our Guardian Angel ❤️

Marc, you were truly one of the few people I knew that had nothing but good intentions and a big heart. You were so kind to me (and so many others) when many other people weren’t, and you’ll never understand how much that really meant to me. You have done so many great things in such a short time and you have definitely made an impact on everyone around you.

Marc Siegler, my brother.  I remember talking to you in the middle of the night at bootcamp because are bunks are right next to each other. always telling me how close we were to finishing and going home . I remember how happy you always were regardless of what is going on . Thank you for being there for me whenever i had doubt. I will never forget you. I promise you’ll live on . I miss you, you’re never over. 

Marc  I  just think I need say this You have to be one of kindness peope I have ever met  they just don't make to many 19 year old kids like you  Sue and I have said to each other many times what a great kid we  will miss you Also Marc thank you for loving our granddaughter Crickett and being such wonderful and loving person to her

Marc, I can remember when we were all younger going to the bowling alley. I can remember birthday parties or random days we would walk over to your house to hang out. I know you are missed dearly by many people. Thank you for your service. 

I didn’t know you at all.. but thank you for your service! I know that so many people were lucky to know you and I pray that you look over every loved one you have! 💜

Marc,  I am so honored to have got to meet and be able to call you family. From the time I met you I knew you were pure, you don't find many people like that. They always say some people just have a smile that lights up the room and you definitely had that smile. I want to thank you for loving my cousin and showing her what true happiness looks like. I want to thank you for being such a positive influence not just on Samantha but my entire family. Marc my family and I will love and miss you forever, you will never be forgotten ❤️

I look back at so many memories of Marc and I and so many come back, to many to mention here! A few of my favorites can be mentioned and the 1st one would be when Marc came home from basic and that December, he proposed to me at the Dam in Williamsport. Instead of saying that cheesy “will you marry me?” He turned to me after we finished talking about rings and how trees can help make them and pulled out the engagement ring and said “what something like this” and he started giggling with that smile that could light up your darkest days! 2nd would have to be when he got that Dodge Charger of his! His face lit up knowing that he was about to land a deal on his dream car. He had a lot of plans for that car and he fell in love with it faster than you could say “no.” 3rd memory out of 1000s of more, would be when we adopted our furbaby Millie with intention on getting a cat. We got her and he was very adamant about it due to surgery costs and a new responsibility but once she came home with us and she settled in she soon became his “little girl” is what he called her. I miss him more and more each day and I can’t imagine anything without him. I pray he continues to help me stay strong and I pray he is up there in perfect paradise playing basketball on that golden court. 

Marc, i’ve tried to think of all the right words to say to help Samantha get through this moment in her life but I know there will never be the right amount of words to say to anyone. You were such an amazing person with such a bright future!! I had this huge idea in my head that one day you would pull me over for speeding & would possibly let me get away with it because of us being friends! I knew you would become a cop because you had your mind so set on it. It hurts to know that you are actually gone & that I don’t get to see you & Samantha get married. Honestly, whether you guys actually got to get married or not I see you as nothing less than Sam’s husband. The love you showed her in such a small amount of time made my heart so extremely happy. I pray that you continue to watch over your amazing family and your beautiful fiancé & her family! I know you will be with everyone every single day! I look at the picture I included quite often because it was one of the best days of my life. Our beach trip was full of fun, laughter, love & adventure & I would pay to get another one of them but I know if we all make it to the beach this year... you will be right there with us on the sand. We all miss you & love you so much Marc. Until we meet again ❤️

Oh Marc... This doesn’t seem real. It doesn’t seem possible. I keep thinking your just away for deployment, and you will be coming back home soon, but the truth is you are already home in a way better place ❤️ Just know you will always be my son-in-law regardless of a certificate. You treated my daughter like a queen, and I am so thankful for you! Until we see each other again, watch over all of us. I love you Marc ❤️
