Louise Pearl James Bowen, 93, of Hedgesville, WV, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2022. Sister Bowen founded Living Waters Ministry in 1982 and served this community for over 40 years of her life.

Predeceased by her father, Porter Clark James and her mother, Allie Ray Keen James; her husband, Delbert Elwood Bowen; her brother, Raleigh James. Survived by her siblings, Alice Sneed and Porter James; her five children: Debra Bowen, M.D. (Michael Ziecheck), Lenora Bowen, Dr. Margie Waidande (the late Chaplain John), D. Edward Bowen, Wanda Dees (Ralph). Her nine grandchildren: D. Michelle Bowen-Ziecheck (Diego Maramba), Aaron Bowen-Ziecheck (Kavina Patel), Jason Zachariah (Valerie), Crystal Gilbert, Pankaj Waidande (Sirika), the late Dhiraj Waidande (Rebecca), Mark Waidande (Amanda), Steven Dees, Priscilla Allen (J. L. Blackford) and many great grandchildren.

Funeral Arrangements:

Wednesday, July 20, 2022, 6-8pm, viewing at Rosedale Funeral Home, 917 Cemetery Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25404

Thursday, July 21, 2022, 11am, funeral service at Back Creek Valley Full Gospel Church (BCV), Norman Silver Drive, Hedgesville, WV 25427 with brief graveside prayer at BCV graveyard, then dinner to follow in the BCV Church fellowship hall (basement)
