Born August 10, 1962 in Charles Town, he was the son of the late Martin and Mary Grimes.
Jimmy was a graduate of Jefferson High School and a member of the United States Navy. He was a loving friend to all who knew him.
He is survived by many friends and family members.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 2:30pm at Rosedale Cemetery.
