He was born on October 10, 1960 in Martinsburg and was the son of Gwendolyn Wilson and the late Gerald Hubbard.
Gerald was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He loved spending time outdoors, the beach being his favorite. He worked at Barrett Machine.
Gerald is survived by his wife of 39 years, Diane Hubbard; children: Jeremy Hubbard, and Danielle Whitaker and husband Jay; grandchildren: Evie (Munchkin) and Lyko (Little Buddy); his mother Gwendolyn Wilson and husband Gerald Wilson; sister Carla White and many nieces, nephews, and close family and friends.
A visitation will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on Wednesday April 24, 2019 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be at Rosedale Funeral Home on April 25, 2019 at 11:00 am with interment to follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospital in Gerald’s name.
